Beginners Pilates
Level 1. This programme is designed as an introduction for people who have never done Pilates before and/or consider themselves to be novices in fitness. Here you will find 20 sessions of the basic fundamentals you need to know and understand to achieve a strong core and good posture. The idea behind these sessions is that you can work through them as many times as you like to build your confidence before moving onto some of the more challenging programmes.
Pilates Flow
Pilates Flow is an intermediate/advanced Pilates based movement session where we move from one exercise to the next combining the movements into a long sequence. These are challenging sessions where we'll build strength, balance, flexibility and co-ordination.
Bronze Pilates
These sessions are perfect for people with restricted movement or for the older client as these sessions are standing and chair based. These sessions focus on moving well and building confidence. Improving balance, stability and building functional strength for every day life.
Platinum Pilates
Level 2. For the intermediate and advanced Pilates client. These sessions will give you plenty of add on progressions and alternatives. Looking at challenging the body to improve your strength, functional mobility, balance and coordination. These sessions are designed to keep you moving well, build on your foundations and keep you strong, fit and healthy.
Pilates for Sport
This programme is for the professional or amateur sports person whether that may be CrossFit, Weight lifting, Rugby, Golf, Football, Tennis, Running or Cycling this will be the programme for you. This programme is designed to help reduce risk of injury and focus on the smaller muscle groups that often get neglected when doing sports and training. A perfect source of accessory work where we will create a better foundation and focus on your core strength, balance, stability and quality of movement. The better you move the better you will perform.
Pilates for Equestrian
This is the perfect training for anyone that rides horses at any level in any discipline. This programme has been designed to improve your balance, stability and coordination which are key to how you and your horse performs and moves. These sessions also help to improve your core control, posture and your seat to get you stronger on and off a horse.
PWR Pilates
We bring to you the all new HIIT (high intensity interval training) Pilates programme in partnership with RocketPWR Apparel. Prepare to sweat and work hard in these low impact interval sessions. This programme is designed to give you a full body workout with a twist on intervals training, where we mix up traditional training with a Pilates twist. Tone the body and burn calories without having to jump around. Trust me when I say these sessions will test and surprise you, don't underestimate PWR Pilates.
Pre Natal Pilates
The Perfect class for those mums expecting or have just had a baby. Time to ease yourself into an exercise routine that is designed to help maintain stability and postural awareness whilst strengthening the pelvic floor and abdominal wall. (not suitable for prenatal if you have never exercised before and you must contact a medical professional before starting this programme pre or post natal).
Post Natal Pilates
The Perfect class for those mums expecting or have just had a baby. Mobility flow
Improve your range of movement and flexibility with the Mobility Flow Programme. These sessions are here to prepare your body for daily life. Whether you are looking to wake the body up and get the body moving or release tension from a long busy day these are the sessions for you.
Mobility warm ups
Take your training to the next level. This programme gives you the perfect warm ups to mobilise and activate the body ready for your training. But also designed to be used as a short workout to get the body moving to start your day.
Mobility cool downs
Take time to focus on improving your recovery with this programme. These sessions give you the option to focus on a gentle post workout stretch session to make sure you're optimising your recovery. Also great sessions to use as relaxation at the end of the day.
Mobility Weightlifting Warm Ups
Bringing to you warm up sessions to unlock your weightlifting Mobility. This programme focuses on helping you move better and achieve better form in your Snatch, Clean, Squat and Jerk. Work out any mobility issues with this programme and just watch the difference it makes to your training and progress.
Self Care Mobility Programme
This 6 week programme has been designed to help you feel better by focusing on your movement and being the best version of yourself physically and mentally for every day life. With hopes to improve your flexibility, strength, functional fitness and mindset. You get 2 sessions to complete each week whcih are between 10-20 minutes per session allowing you to take a short timeout just for you. Focusing on yourself is something valuable and something you will never regret!
Squat Mobility Programme
A 4 week programme of 2 sessions per week. Perfect for anyone who is struggling with hitting full depth in their squat position or struggling with there over head squat position and for anyone wanting to improve their range of movement.
Focusing on Ankle, Hip, Thoracic and Shoulder Mobility
Morning Wake Up
The Morning Wake Up routine is designed to help you build good habits to start your day right. If you wake up feeling achy and stiff or you feel lethargic and demotivated these are the sessions for you. These 8 - 15 minute sessions will help kick start your day. Wake up your mind and body and prepare for the rest of your day with some gentle movement.
Evening Wind Down
The Evening Wind Down sessions are designed for someone who has a busy schedule, maybe you're under a lot of pressure and stress in you every day life. Maybe you don't sleep well and stuggle to switch off in the evening. If any of the above applies to you this is the programme for you. Short 8 - 15 minute relaxing sessions to help you unwind and de-stress with simple stretches & breathing exercises to finish your day with mobility and mindfulness.
Desk Stretching
Thess 5 x 5 minute movement sequences are designed with the office worker in mind. If you find yourself sitting down for most of your day, whether that might be behind a desk or driving, these sessions are designed to help you move during your busy day. Short, simple sequences you can do from your desk to help keep you mobile and reduce aches and pains created by bad posture.
